We want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund on returns made within 15 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

What's eligible All designs are covered, with the exception of engraved and personalised products, which cannot be returned due to their custom nature.

Condition requirements To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition — with tags attached and original packaging intact. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Items that show signs of wear, have been resized or altered by a jeweller other than Six Ventures, or arrive damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

How to initiate a return Reach out to us at contactus@feray.in before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Received something wrong or damaged? Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contactus@feray.in and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please get in touch.
