10. Relationship with Shopify

The Platform is hosted and powered by Shopify Inc. ("Shopify"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Shopify collects and processes certain personal information about your access to and use of the Platform in order to provide and improve the underlying e-commerce infrastructure. Information you submit on the Platform may be transmitted to and stored by Shopify, as well as by third parties engaged by Shopify, who may be located in countries other than India.

Shopify may use data collected from your interactions with our Platform, along with data from other Shopify merchants, to provide, secure, and improve its platform services. In such cases, Shopify acts as an independent data controller for its own purposes and is responsible for processing your personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for Shopify’s data practices.

Any sales and purchases you make on the Platform are made directly with Six Ventures, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Six Ventures shall not be liable for:

Loss or damage arising from force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of Six Ventures to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific order or transaction giving rise to such claim.

14. Grievance Officer
